Martha's Vineyard Man To Be Arraigned For Illegal Recording

State police have arrested a Martha's Vineyard man for allegedly recording a sexual session without his partner's consent.

Cape & Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois says authorities learned in December that the suspect had made a video of another person performing sexual acts upon him, without their knowledge or approval.

The DA says that due to the nature of the charges he will not have any further comment on the allegations and charges against John Rose.

The 53-year-old suspect is scheduled for arraignment today.
