State Group Looks To Ban Former President From Ballot

An effort has been launched to block former President Donald Trump from all Massachusetts ballots for president.

The group Free Speech for People are challenging Trump's ballot access, claiming that he incited the January sixth Capitol insurrection.

Section three of the 14th Amendment bars anyone who engaged in insurrection or rebellion from holding most elected offices.

The group is seeking to keep Trump off both the primary and general election ballots this year.
