Congressman, Senators Seek End To Bridge Funding Gridllock

Congressman Keating and Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey are behind a new congressional report calling for the replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges.

The report, compiled from input from Cape Cod leaders and community groups, says failing to replace them would be an economic catastrophe and would continue kicking the ongoing public safety risk down the road.

The lawmakers wrote, the Cape Cod Bridges replacement is key to meeting the state's economic, social and environmental challenges of the 21st century.
