The Brewster Fire Department helped a couple of beachgoers who got trapped by the tide last night.
Crews responded to Breakwater Beach at around 6:30 p.m. to help the pair that was several-hundred yards out in the flats.
Two firefighters in wetsuits reportedly walked out and ushered them back to shore.
The Brewster FD says one person was evaluated on-scene for possible hypothermia.
