Crews from Air Station Cape Cod came to the rescue of a 50-year-old man who was suffering a medical issue on a boat southwest of Block Island, the man was experiencing stroke-like symptoms, the Coast Guard said.
He was airlifted from the ship and transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
