The State Supreme Court has ruled that Helen Brady --- the Republican candidate for Congress against William Keating --- can be on the ballot this year.
The High Court vacated the decisions of the Ballot Law Commission and the Secretary of the Commonwealth that that rejected her signatures based on electronic gathering technicalities.
