Chilmark Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash early Tuesday night.
Lynn Murphy, 39, of Chilmark, was heading west on North Road when he lost control of his bike on a curve near Brickyard Road and hit a utility pole. Murphy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is under investigation by Chilmark and State Police.
