286 Cape Cod Students Receive $430K in Scholarships

286 students from Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket will be receiving more than $430,000 in scholarships from the Cape Cod Association, one of the oldest and largest independent scholarship funds in New England.

The Association dates back to 1851 when a group of gentlemen from the Cape, while living and working off Cape, came together to support one another. The group later began offering tuition assistance to help other Cape Codders pursue their dreams.

The Association is a supporting organization of The Cape Cod Foundation, which recently awarded $420,000 in scholarships to 138 local students. Combined, the two organizations have provided more than $850,000 in scholarships to Cape Codders.
